AUSGAR makes it to the finalist stage for the 2018 When Work Works Award!

We are delighted that AUSGAR has made it to the finalist stage for the 2018 When Work Works Award! Applications were measured against nationally representative data from the Society for Human Resource Management’s National Study of Employers; applicants had to score in the top 25% percentile of employers nationally – to move forward. The final step in the application process is the Employee Survey, which asks our employees about their access to flexibility programs and the overall workplace culture.

Our fingers are crossed for good results in the next few weeks. Go AUSGAR!!
