AUSGAR launches Zoom-type community forums with employees

AUSGAR has joined the zoom-type world and began conducting its own monthly community forums for employees on Teams!  Employees get to meet each other, sometimes for the first time, from around the Country and allows them to form a sense of camaraderie and belonging.  Themes have included meet and greets with new hires, acts of kindness and creative workout ideas.   Employees are having fun getting to know each other more on a personal basis talking about things other than just work.  We think this was one good thing brought on as a result of COVID!
