AUSGAR partnered with SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and SDSU (San Diego State University), hosted a Shadow Day for a business student graduate focusing on HR as a career.
“It was an unforgettable experience visiting AUSGAR Technologies and being able to shadow the HR team. The staff was very welcoming, and everyone was open to sharing their HR knowledge and experience. Spending the day learning about recruiting, benefits, onboarding and other areas exposed me to a day in the life of HR. I was also provided with a lot of career advice and recommendations for my future job search. Meeting with AUSGAR’s HR team reminded me of the reasons why I studied HR and why I am passionate about it. I can definitely say that it was a good day to learn, connect, and talk about HR.”
